Rose Bryant is NextGear Capital’s AVP of Corporate Operations and Risk Management. In her role, she oversees the Risk, Flooring, Titles and Records, and Customer Care teams. Her responsibilities include setting the strategic vision for all aspects of these organizations and meeting business and client needs.

Rose joined Cox Automotive in 2017 and held various leadership roles in the retail division before joining NextGear Capital in 2025. Prior to Cox Automotive, she gained extensive experience in the banking industry in roles with Truist Bank, Wells Fargo and Bank of America.

Rose holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Florida. She is a Certified Project Manager (CPM), Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and an alum of the McKinsey & Company Black Leadership Academy. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and exploring the outdoors.
