Julia Mossor

Julia Mossor is the New England Regional Director for NextGear Capital. In this role, she is responsible for the management and oversight of all aspects of NextGear Capital’s business in the New England region, including the hiring and training of Account Executives.
Julia has more than 25 years of experience within the financial services industry. She joined NextGear Capital in 2008 as a General Manager before being promoted in 2011 to Regional Director. Prior to joining NextGear Capital, Julia served as a Sales Training Manager for Saxon Mortgage and a Branch Manager for Citi Financial Group.

Keith Baker currently serves as the Divisional Director of Sales for vAuto. Since beginning his professional career in the automotive industry in 1992, Keith has been a pioneer with several software companies in the Automotive Industry leading sales and operational teams to change the way dealerships do business in the internet age. Keith specializes in coaching, mentoring and training automotive dealership personnel on systems, processes and software solutions that aid dealership sales and service departments. Keith’s affinity for the automotive business started at the age of 14, when he built his first car. Keith lives with his wife and two sons in Northern California.

Matt is currently the Senior Trainer at HomeNet Automotive. For the past six years he has provided trainings that range from increasing technical knowledge to establishing and fine tuning sales processes. Matt continues to work with multiple vendors in the automotive industry and understands the importance of merchandising and moving digital inventory.

As the leader of The Wholesale Institute (TWI), Mike’s three decades of experience as dealer owner and commercial consignor provide an invaluable foundation for his acclaimed workshops. He’s passionate about helping dealers become more efficient and profitable. His sessions always share best practices from top automotive remarketing buyers and sellers.
Mike has been with Manheim for 10 years. At TWI, he’s integrated proven solution-based concepts to address changing customer needs. He provides insights on nearly every product and demonstrates new and existing Manheim products that will help dealers more easily manage their inventory requirements so they can improve their profitability.

Randy Johnson

Eddie brings 20 years of automotive experience to serve the dealer community as the head of the Dealer Learning team. A true visionary, Eddie has helped thousands of dealers nationwide maximize their success in online advertising through various roles at AutoTrader.com. In the past nine years, he has led the company’s Midwest Region as the Regional Sales Manager and Director. He has also served as an Internet Consultant to local Utah dealers, helping drive their success with AutoTrader.com solutions.
Prior to joining AutoTrader.com, Eddie had a successful career in automotive retailing. He began selling cars in 1991 for a large Subaru dealership in Utah. While in retail, he gained invaluable experience as the F&I Director, Used Car Manager, New Car Manager, General Sales Manager, General Manager, and Partner. During his retail tenure, Eddie became known as the “turnaround” guy for quickly helping non-profitable dealerships become market leaders.

Sean Foyil

Supervisor, Vehicle Evaluations, Kelley Blue Book
Sean Foyil is the supervisor of vehicle valuation for Kelley Blue Book. In this role, he serves as a leader among the vehicle valuations team, providing pricing validations for the company. Foyil also calculates both new and used-car values for the subcompact, compact and hybrid vehicle segments. In addition, he is the primary contributor to the monthly Blue Book Market Report, an e-newsletter that explores the state of the automotive industry by analyzing Kelley Blue Book® Auction Values.
Foyil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Chapman University, and is currently working toward a Master’s in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
